Does it support smart unlock without staff on site?
Yes. Customers can lock and unlock the car, flash lights and honk from the phone. Scan-to-rent at a fixed spot lets them complete pickup and return themselves, with photos of the vehicle condition.
Can stores offer door-to-door delivery or one-way return?
Each store can turn on door-to-door delivery, cross-city / one-way return, deposit-free options and a chauffeur add-on. Fees for those services are set per store.
How does pricing work?
Admin pricing plans cover vehicle deposit, violation deposit, base service fee, weekday/weekend/holiday base rates, overtime and over-mileage fees, chauffeur fees and delivery fees. Platform commission is configurable per store.
Is enterprise or wedding rental supported?
Yes. Corporate accounts can book with pre- or post-trip approval. Wedding bookings require a chauffeur return method.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Source code delivery is available so you control hosting and future changes. Terms are set in the contract.
